Breaking the Borders is back to bring anti-fascism and hip hop together in Glasgow.
Breaking the Borders is back for Volume 5!!!
Particularly after the recent fascist attacks on our communities in the UK, antifascist resistance is an unquestionably duty. We are bringing together artists from all around the world, demonstrating that we are stronger than the artificial – and deadly – borders that traverse the world.
This time, we will be joined by the legendary Twinsanity from Athens, accompanied by Cara from Fer De Lance. As always, Selbstlaut will join us from Vienna, and will bring a few special guests.
Up-and-coming rap sensation Ramzee will be blessing Bloc's stage, and we will be introducing Wysten's and Knox One's new project, PRJCT-WYKNX. Soul Level Collective will be holding everything together with beats and rhymes from all over the world, and the event will be hosted by the Glasgow-based community educator – and one of our favourite MCs – Johnny Cypher.
This will be our last big show in Glasgow for some time, and we are eager to make it the best one yet. We will keep the party running till 3AM, so come prepared, bring your friends, and spread the word!
